New Technology Development and reliability tests focusing on Reliability, Security and Safety using several techniques. Fast data analysis using OCTAVE software. Worked closely with Asian Tier 1 Manufacturers R&D Team and introduced 4.35V to 4.4V Polymer pouch for the use in Electric Vehicle, Robots, Electronics and wearable devices. Responsible for Research work on Single Crystal NMC Cathode and simulation with Silicon and Graphene based Anode, Water based Binder, Oxalo Silicate Electrolyte, Solid State Battery, New Cathode Material synthesis using solution method and Hybrid Solid State battery. Responsible for Strategic planning for upcoming projects and Reliability Test and Product release and certification including Battery field failure analysis and solution for Customer Issues.
