I support the EV Battery Solutions Division, one of the fastest-growing and most innovative verticals within Cox Automotive. As part of the Corporate FP & A team, I lead financial planning and analysis for multiple locations under this division, aligning operational execution with corporate strategy. Act as a strategic finance partner to cross-functional teams including Operations, HR, Accounting, and Plant Management. Leverage OneStream (Excel Add-In) as our central data platform, ensuring data consistency and visibility across all levels of the organization. Extract and analyze data using Oracle E-Business Suite and Inventory Solutions — including GL, AP, AR, PO, and client-level insights. Assess historical data and build forward-looking forecasts covering full P&L, revenue by client, and working capital needs. Develop and maintain top-down and bottom-up models to align executive vision with operational capacity and plant-level realities. Conduct weekly pacing, review rolling assumptions, and provide scenario planning to support rapid, data-informed decision-making. Use Alfred ERP to monitor plant-level and client-level performance across the EV Battery Solutions network.By combining financial discipline with deep operational understanding, I help guide the division’s growth, ensuring data-driven strategies that support the future of sustainable mobility.
