Good working knowledge of CCNA voice Troubleshoot of the following cisco unified communication product: a) CUCM 7.x, 8.x,10.5 and above. b) Cisco Unity Connection. c) Cisco unified communication express (CUCM and CUCME) & Cisco unity express. Handling complex issues (Service Requests) in rebuilding networks, Configuration of Cisco devices. Provide high level technical support, including identifying and resolving problems on Cisco supported products. Troubleshooting output and input queue drops. Troubleshooting all networking problems to ensure minimum downtime and maximum availability of network. Ensuring proper quality for the technical troubleshooting.
