We enhanced business workflows and developed connected worker solutions, leading to swift decision-making, improved energy consumption, and setting new benchmarks in sustainability and profitability.In my role overseeing the Manufacturing Platform for Operations and Maintenance, I developed strategies to drive manufacturing excellence across all RIL manufacturing facilities, improving safety, productivity, operability, and reliability, ultimately leading to increased profitability and a safe, healthy, and secure work environment.My experience includes leading new refinery and petrochemical projects, design and engineering reviews, PC & C, recruitment, team development, flawless commissioning and startup, initial and steady-state operations, turnarounds, and revamps of refinery and petrochemical complexes. I have worked with various technologies, major licensors, detailed engineering contractors, and construction teams.Notably, I flawlessly commissioned the world’s largest Paraxylene complex in 2016 and the Clean Fuel Complex in 2009. My expertise spans the entire range of hydro-processing units, covering 14 hydro-processing units and hydrocrackers with different major technology licensors and detailed engineering contractors.I have significantly improved performance in areas such as energy, cost and profitability, process safety, and reliability. I have developed innovative strategies for stand-alone startups, reduced startup and turnaround times, and trained and developed operations and maintenance teams.An adaptable leader and team player, I have the ability to work independently and maintain critical thinking skills in the face of unforeseen challenges.
