Previously, as the Senior Manager of Category & Growth at Bewakoof, I scaled the shirts category from 4% to 15% contribution, improved the brand level CM% in two months, and grew the business on Flipkart by 110% within a month. I also have extensive experience in customer experience, support, and cataloguing, having worked as a Program Manager at WMall for over two years, where I established all processes at customer touchpoints, drove NPS from 7% to 62% and CSAT from 14% to 78%, handled a team of 50+ members, and managed 7500+ customer queries every day.
