First line and second line support for all internal employees, communicating with the various teams in the company when assistance is need. all while dealingwith the high volume produced by the over internal employees at Bloomberg. • Onboarding and offboarding in the form of new hire inductions which I assist / run each week. Automated the process using a self-made PowerShell script which grants admin access for each PC in said room and then transfer the files /kills tasks for each PC in the list using a for each loop. • Provided support for Office 365 and 2016 applications and installing any / all approved applications either manually or via SCCM • Also provide support for a wide range of tools including Citrix Workspace, Zoom, vSphere, Python, and many more • Made use of Active Directory (for desktop PCs) and Azure AD to manage user accounts and mobile devices via Intune. Also imaged and re-imaged PCs and laptops to set up new starters, SCCM and Intune. • Supported a range of devices including both Windows and MacOS, desktop PCs and laptop setup. • Recently became designated payroll support / SME. This involves installing and onboarding the many payroll apps that EMEA and AMER use for Employee payment.
