Design Engineer with a demonstrated history of working over 8+ years in robotics, mechanisms, mechtronics NPI products with 4 Design patents.My current responsibility at Eaton includes end to end product development for electrical products.Had been involved earlier in various types of analysis like multibody dynamics (MBD), impact analysis, static analysis for electrical system projects(NPI, NTI) using Adams, Ansys, LS Dyna.I also had hands on experience in steam turbine, wherein I designed and developed a trip mechanism to meet stringent requirements of API standards. I was also part of thermal calculation team at Triveni Turbines. Prior to this, I received fellowship from Indian Council of Medical Research at IIT Bombay.As a part of 2 member team, I developed flexure based novel cooperatively controlled surgical robot to reduce skill required for surgeons to perform high precision vitreoretinal surgeries. Working prototype was developed and Indian patent has been filed (Application no. 20••••••••56).(PCT completed)As a M. Tech thesis, I proposed cooperative control strategy for developed surgical robot by closely working with expert surgeon. By working in different domains, I have assimilated the expertise in mechanical system design, mathematical modeling of system. Besides profession, I enjoy playing Chess, Hindustani classical music, reading books.
