Collection management proactively manage and oversee collections for assigned accounts ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding invoice to reduce aging and improve cash flow. Customer account reconciliations perform detailed reconciliations of customer accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies, unapplied payment, and credit/debit mismatches. Dispute resolution investigate and resolve customer dispute related to invoicing, payment, and credit. Collaborate with internal team sales and delivery to ensure swift resolution. Performance reporting generate and analyze collection reports, aging reports, and key performance metrics, presenting insights to management and driving actionable strategies.
