Leading end-to-end middle office operations for multi-asset portfolios (LDI, Fixed Income, Equities) for BNY subsidiary - Insight Investment. This involves Derivative Operations, Cash operations, Regulatory and trade reporting.• • Overseeing back-office operations - trade capture, settlements, collateral management (OTC, ETD, Repo, CCP & Reg IM), and custody reconciliations.• • Ensuring ETD pre-maching of ETD\'s on traiana on T0 and managing margin rebalancing plus Fx instructions. Also, managing EGUS / FIATECH documentation across all executing and clearing brokers• • Ensuring all margin calls are answered, receive responses from brokers and no fails• • Managing outsourced back office Trioptima reconciliation team, margins team and ensureing collateral & trade discrepancies addressed to the desk, brokers and derivatives working group in a timely manner.• • Keeping a track of agreement\'s notional to ensure firm is adhered to the Reg IM requirement• • Driving compliance with EMIR and MIFID II; ensuring operational readiness for regulatory changes. This involves Position reporting and MIFID II reporting (PRIPS, EPT, EMT, ECB)• • Implementing automation and STP enhancements through RPA and vendor platforms (DTCC, Markitwire, TriOptima, Acadia).• • Managing global teams, including hiring, training, and performance oversight.• • Engaging with counterparty relationship managers and senior stakeholders to resolve operational issues and align strategic goals.• • Leading automation projects across all departments with RPA.
