About Arun Raveendran

Hi, I work as a Member of Technical Staff at Salesforce, where I develop and maintain user interfaces (UI) for the industries decision table product. Decision tables read business rules and decide the outcome for records in your Salesforce org or for the values that you specify. I am also responsible for designing and implementing new features to enhance product capabilities, aligning with business requirements and user feedback. Earlier in Salesforce, I also happened to be responsible for designing and development of the product EPCNext. The product helps to deliver a single catalog solution across Industry Clouds that provides common Data Model, industry-specific services, unified user experience for catalog administration and use with extensibility, scalability, performance & operational tools. Prior to this, I worked as a Developer at SAP Labs India, where I was responsible for the backend development and maintainence of the internal automation tool which helps in functional, language and performance testing. I had also worked on the development of microservices and intelligent solutions for the management of test data across various S4 systems. In my tenure of 6 years of industrial experience, I have already been part of many innovation challenges and support groups which organizes workshops and also upskills other colleagues and juniors within the organisation. I am always enthusiastic to learn more about new technologies offered within the organisation and make use of them.
