I am a SAN Storage Administrator and Change Manager-cum-Major Incident Manager at HCLTech, where I provide network monitoring and incident management services to various clients in technology sectors. I have a bachelor\'s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from R.V.S. College of Engineering and Technology, Jamshedpur. I also manage major incidents, driving and ensuring P1/P2 calls to resolution, and providing hourly reports to stakeholders. I have acquired multiple certifications in GCP Cloud, AWS and DevOps, and I have demonstrated my skills in client communication.
