With a degree in Cyber Security from the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies and multiple certifications in customer service and network support, I have a strong background in information technology, customer service, and data protection.In my current role, I use advanced Microsoft tools and technologies to resolve connectivity, security, and performance issues across various environments and platforms, ensuring customer satisfaction and data protection. I also collaborate with outside departments and clients to implement system-wide improvements and deliver high-quality solutions.
