Complete Store Auditing as per as per company corporate standard & Sending Reports to the management.• Identify & review slow moving / non-moving stocks and recommends items for white off or disposal.Technical review of material description, unit measure & maker information and update with company material codification system. • Ensuring stock levels are managed and controlled effectively.• Supervising the day to day activities of a team of 8 staff. • Coordinating racking and storing.• Preparing TBE.• Maintaining high standards of materials handling.• Managing and reviewing planned maintenance material requirements.• Responsible for the warehouse safety and accountability• Working with departments head to improve vessel standard & maintenance of equipment’s & machineries timely and cost effectively.• Preparing & processing material requisitions, • Making recommendations & advising senior management on all purchasing issues. • Using automated computer barcode system to monitor stock control.• Ensuring all materials are received as per company corporate standard.• Ensuring all administrative records is completed accurately. • Organizing third party Inspections, certifications & class surveys• Managing vendor relationships and building effective supply chain partnerships.• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety guidelines.• Liaising with regional offshore logistics to co-ordinate regular shipping and project related material mobilizations.
