Routine Tests: Insulation resistance tests, dielectric tests, partial discharge tests, etc.* Performance Tests: Load tests, short-circuit tests, temperature rise tests, etc.* Protection Relay Tests: Overcurrent, earth fault, differential, distance, etc.* Verification of Test Results: Ensure that all test results meet the specified standards and contractual requirements.* Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all tests performed, including test procedures, test results, deviations, and non-conformances.* Coordination: Coordinate with the contractor, manufacturer, and other stakeholders involved in the testing and commissioning process.* Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with quality standards and safety procedures.* Reporting: Prepare test reports and other relevant documentation for submission to Powergrid.Testing Process:* Pre-Commissioning Tests:* Individual Equipment Tests: Each piece of equipment (transformers, circuit breakers, relays, etc.) is individually tested to verify its functionality and performance.* Interlock and Control Circuit Tests: The interlock and control circuits are tested to ensure proper operation and safety.* Communication and SCADA Tests: The communication systems and SCADA systems are tested to ensure proper data transmission and control.* Commissioning Tests:* System Integration Tests: The entire electrical system is tested as a whole to ensure proper coordination and operation.* Load Tests: The system is loaded to its rated capacity to verify its performance under actual operating conditions.* Protection Relay Coordination Tests: The protection relays are coordinated to ensure proper operation and selectivity in the event of a fault.* Performance Guarantee Tests: The system is tested to verify that it meets the performance guarantees specified in the contract.
