I am a passionate problem solver having 7+ years of experience in software development. I have worked on diverse set of technical problems and software stacks. My strength is to disambiguate complex problem, breakdown it into smaller ones, provide a technical solution, so that it can be solved by other engineers in the team. Currently I work with App Creation Experience Team for Amazon Appstore. I own creating technical solution to provide alternatives for incompatible SDKs on FireOS. I spent most of the day either working & aligning key stakeholders on a technical solution or ensuring high quality development of the solution by actively reviewing code, design and other processes in team.In past, I have created multiple micro-services based backend system, front end websites, data management pipeline (ETL) and android SDKs. Tech stacks i have worked on includes Java Spring Boot, AWS Services, Android, Python, React. I have actively led process improvement within my team and org. This includes leading operation excellence, creating and enforcing CI/CD pipelines, best practices rules, writing correction of error (called COE, root cause for high severity event, along with 5 why), reviewing code and design reviews. I have mentored 3 interns (they successfully got converted) and was active member of promotions for 5 SDE1 to SDE2. I have taken 30+ interviews for Amazon.
