   A MBA in HR from ITM Mumbai. Currently pursuing HR analytics from IIM Kozhikode awaiting certification. In addition has completed diploma in labor laws from Siddharth Law College, Mumbai. Overall having an experience of 6 years in HR. My experience lies in HR operations, Payroll and compliances, employee life cycle, grievance handling, business partnering and HR analytics. The highest employee strength I have handled is on 1500+ employees, and handling the HR operations of around + off roll employees. I joined Ecofy (A Green Fintech Startup) as a HR Executive, now elevated to the role of a HR Manager. I list down my responsibility as below:1) Business Partnering: As a strategic HR business partner I take care of the hirings for EV 2-Wheeler, EV 3-Wheeler, Roof top solar for commercial & residential, SME Supply chain & Machinery loan.2) Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee conflicts and grievances. 3) HR Policy: Guide on new policies and suggest new strategies.4) HR Operations: Handle the end to end employee life cycle from hiring to exit. Also take care of the HR operations of around 600 to 650 off roll employees, over looking the payroll, compliances, grievances & HR operations.5) Compensation & Benefits: taking care of the end to end payroll procession of around 250 on roll employee and handling the HR compliance.6) HR Analytics: Having hands on experience in Power BI & MY SQl. Currently working on preparing monthly HR dashboards & Turnover dashboard.
