My responsibilities span tax credit calculations, compliance, documentation, team training, and business development ensuring a structured, efficient, and compliant approach to delivering R&D tax credit services.Key responsibilities and contributions- Collaborate in building and refining the R&D Tax Credit service line by developing standardized workflows, engagement models, and delivery templates- Streamline the R&D tax credit study process by implementing repeatable, well-documented methodologies aligned with IRS Section 41 requirements- Identify and evaluate potential R&D clients, supporting targeted outreach efforts to expand business opportunities and drive service growth- Create comprehensive training materials and industry-specific documentation to support onboarding and ongoing knowledge development for new team members- Prepare structured questionnaires for kick-off meetings, facilitating effective communication and smooth project onboarding with client technical teams- Design and maintain Excel-based Qualified Research Expenditure (QRE) calculation tools and structured Word report templates to enhance project consistency and efficiency- Conduct detailed QRE analysis and prepare IRS Form 6765, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of client deliverables.
