My key responsibilities include:Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new hires in staffing and recruitment for US clients in Healthcare, IT, and Non-IT sectors.Deliver in-depth training on various visa types, including their implications for staffing, and the creation and use of Boolean strings to optimize candidate sourcing.Teach email etiquette, US cultural nuances, and professional communication to enhance recruiters\' ability to engage effectively with candidates.Provide hands-on training in sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and using job boards to identify top talent.Focus on developing healthcare recruiters\' understanding of healthcare terminology, including job designations, hospital facilities, bed sizes, per diem calculations, and the difference between compact and non-compact states.Educate recruiters on nursing education levels, state licensing, and specialized roles within the healthcare industry.Create and update training modules, presentations, and other educational materials to ensure training content is aligned with current industry standards and client requirements.Conduct Training Needs Identification (TNI) and Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to evaluate and address knowledge gaps and ensure all training initiatives are impactful and relevant.Lead refresher training sessions to ensure ongoing development and upskilling of the recruitment team.Offer mentorship and continuous support to new hires, fostering their professional growth and improving their performance.Collaborate with management and HR teams to refine and enhance recruitment processes and training materials based on evolving organizational needs.
