Acquire, process and analyze hydrographic data including all ancillary data used to transform raw bathymetric soundings to chart datum- Research historic information, survey request, national priorities, and other information to define a survey project area and develop draft project instructions and statements of work using GIS and other tools- Assist senior team members with research and planning of hydrographic surveys- Contracting Officer’s Representative(COR) to serve as technical liaison between the Federal Government and the Contractor. My duties as COR includes: • Monitor contractor compliance with the contract terms and conditions. • Inspect all deliverable items, services, or materials to determine satisfactory compliance with the contract. • Evaluate proposals for and participate in negotiation of changes, modifications and claims. • Manage Government Furnished Property (GFP) under the contract. • Process, Review and Approve invoices in accordance with the requirements of the contract’s payment. • Review and approve the required submission of Contractor and subcontractor weekly payroll records. • Prepare and submit reports on contractor performance. • Contractor performance evaluation. • Assist contract closeout.
