As a Lead Associate (Operations) at WNS, I oversee Client Service Operations for First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) in International Trade Finance and Forex. My responsibilities include managing transaction queries for Letter of Credits (LC), Guarantee Issuance, Amendments, and Cancellations. I collaborate with teams to handle Import and Export Collections, Payments, and Trust Receipts, utilizing systems such as T24, Trade Innovation Plus, and Document Management System (DMS) to ensure operational efficiency. Prior to WNS, I contributed to ICICI Bank\'s International Trade Finance and Forex operations, focusing on wire transfers, bank guarantees, and trade finance products. My academic background includes a PGDB in Banking and Finance from ICICI Manipal Academy and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Instrumentation from ITM University, Gwalior.
