My career has spanned the U.S, Germany, and India, with roles at McKinsey & Company, Bain & Company, Zalando, and Alo Yoga.At Alo Yoga, I helped scale global digital operations and led high-impact cross-functional initiatives. At Zalando, Europe’s largest fashion marketplace, I worked closely with the Co-CEOs to design and implement company-wide OKRs, translating strategic priorities into measurable business outcomes.
