At Kinross Gold Corporation, my role as Senior Director of IT Security harnesses ten years of dedicated leadership in cybersecurity, where I architected and executed a comprehensive IT security strategy and roadmap. This includes the implementation of cybersecurity capabilities, raising the awareness of cyber risk among the senior leadership team, managing cyber risk and building a team of security professional responsible for responding to the evolving cyber threats. My Executive MBA (EMBA) degree complements my technical expertise, with business acumen and wide array of leadership skills, enhancing my ability to lead and manage effectively in complex business environments, and expand my circle of trust and influence. With the growing demand for Cloud Computing I initiated the first Cloud Operations and Security program at Kinross, focusing on building reliable and secure cloud environment from the ground up.
