Throughout my tenure, I\'ve spearheaded numerous impactful projects contributing to organizational growth and success. One of my proud achievements includes conceptualizing and publishing Razorpay\'s first-ever TA Quarterly Newsletter, showcasing our talent acquisition efforts and garnering appreciation from organizational leaders. Additionally, I\'ve played a pivotal role in launching and implementing the Greenhouse ATS, ensuring smooth integration and conducting engaging demo sessions for managers and employees. I\'ve also revamped various processes and policies, from employee referral to contract hiring, all aimed at enhancing recruitment practices and organizational efficiency. Moreover, I take pride in initiatives like Razorpay Edge for campus interns, Razorpay Live for engaging with passive candidates, and our Resume with Razorpay program for women on a career break.
