I contributed to enabling the “Single Mouse Click” strategy to streamline advisor access and visibility. Along the way, I also gained an understanding of how advisor engagement can be facilitated through strategic communication — including exploring potential newsletter themes and learning how impactful narratives are built for external stakeholders. This experience gave me a valuable glimpse into how global partnerships are managed and how strategic perception is shaped in the tech industry.By streamlining advisor mapping and aligning it with service lines, my work enables more targeted and efficient engagement with key influencers. This helps Tech Mahindra improve visibility in deal conversations, build stronger market perception, and ultimately drive better win rates and strategic growth.
