ABOUT SUPRIYA PANDE
From a young age, I\'ve been immersed in nature, coming from the foothills of the Himalayas in India.I\'ve contributed to sustainability and climate change initiatives for over four years. I try to balance natural science and social science in my career. My journey includes project management and analysis for climate adaptation groups. I\'ve produced and documented a documentary in Aruba highlighting climate change hazards and presented papers at academic conferences and participated in forums to discuss the social impacts of climate change.I\'ve designed community outreach for Eco Femme, conducting workshops on menstrual hygiene, Killi Buransh, promoting local businesses to support livelihoods for women, and building programs to support the Himalayan Study Circle\'s vision for youth nature education. I have developed my skills in data analysis, public speaking abilities, both in virtual and in-person settings, scientific and technical writing, communication, stakeholder management, system mapping, critical thinking, grant writing, event planning, scaling impact for companies, social enterprises, non-profits, and environmental consulting. I\'m fluent in English and Hindi with basic proficiency in French.Apart from work. I enjoy reading, yoga, hiking and gardening.
