She has worked extensively with business to build functional expertise and future skills ready workforce in Business process outsourcing and Banking shared service centre. She joined the dynamic world of GE capital after graduation to be inducted into the world of Learning and Talent Development. Her journey started as a process SME for business and evolved over the years. She went on to take up varied roles as Business SME, GE Crotonville certified trainer and training lead for client facing business supporting teams in locations -India, China and Romania.Before HSBC she got the opportunity to work in RBS to set the learning function for the newly established Global Finance Service Centre in Gurgaon, Chennai and Poland. Her role included setting the Academy for skill building and knowledge management, talent development and culture transformationIn her current role in HSBC as VP Knowledge Management, she is responsible for the overall People Agenda for Global Finance Operations teams. Her passion for people and ability to translate business strategy to meaningful people and culture initiative, the role was expanded to include D&I and communication. This enabled her to plan and execution the role with structure and great impact.
