About Supreetha
I am currently a Senior Associate Lead BPHR at Infosys, responsible for overseeing the complete employee lifecycle, which includes performance management, compensation review, role change, employee engagement, among other facets of employee life cycle. I hold a PGDM in HR and Finance from SDMIMD. I had the privilege of serving as the Cultural Committee Head, leading and guiding a team of 20 members. Additionally, I was active member of event management committee at SDMIMD, collaborating with 20 fellow team members. My time at SDMIMD allowed me to acquire valuable knowledge in HR and finance. It was an enriching experience that further enhanced my expertise in these fields. Before pursuing my PGDM, I gained valuable experience as a Tax Analyst at EY, specializing in property tax and unclaimed property tax services within the financial industry. My expertise lies in Indirect Property Tax, UPES, Compliance of Global Delivery Services In my free time, I\'m passionate about dancing, music, vlogging, and photography.
