My key contributions include:• Developed an enterprise wide EOL (End of Life) dashboard in Power BI, creating visibility into OS and database lifecycle status across the organization.• Leading the assessment of Edge Computing solutions to support Shell’s strategic vision of adopting modern distributed computing capabilities.• Coordinating and enabling OS and Database EOL security patching activities, ensuring timely remediation of vulnerabilities across end of life assets.• Conducting a comprehensive assessment of Oracle license renewals (ULA/PULA), covering current licensing posture and future demand forecasting.• Planning and executing large scale NAS storage migration from legacy GS12 storage to SFS (Simple File System) across five countries and eight data centres.• Driving on prem security standard upgrades, remediating gaps and aligning the ESARIS security framework with industry standard CIS Level 1 controls.These initiatives have strengthened Shell’s infrastructure reliability, security posture, and operational efficiency while supporting strategic technology modernization goals.
