ABOUT SUPRAJA KRISHNAN

To become an engineer, to be specific a chemical engineer was never at the back of my mind because I believed it to be one of the hardest and challenging professions. When contemplating what career path to choose, I read in a book that \"Engineers are creators of wealth and we make the world go!\" and that line hooked me in.Hi! I am Supraja Krishnan. I am a highly enthusiastic individual with a zeal for sustainability and the environment. Chemical engineering showed me ways to interlink my interest for both engineering and environmental engineering and that is where I found waste water treatment. My passion and interest helped me gain an internship at Al Haya Water. And I am excited to have started my career with Teck Resources as a Process Engineer in Training for their budding Water Quality Management group. Through my part time experiences I personally learnt a lot about meeting and connecting with people, gaining valuable lessons from great managers and most importantly to be curious and keep learning.
