It employs 700 people across 8 manufacturing sites and 19 global offices.I joined this newly created global role to institutionalise S & OE and IBP across 8 manufacturing sites during a period of business transformation in order to drive efficiency, operational excellence and long-term scalability across the global supply chain.Key achievements in the first 6 months: • Successfully guided the North America Supply Chain team through a major site closure, ensuring business continuity and minimal disruption to customer service.• Implemented a robust global supply network to support North American customers along with implementation of a 3PL operation to streamline warehousing and freight operations, enabling efficient distribution from the global network.• Executed a targeted team restructuring, aligning talent with strategic priorities and improving operational efficiency.• Developed a framework and implementation roadmap for Sales & Operations Execution (S & OE) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP), enabling data driven decision making to enhance supply chain agility and forecast accuracy.
