I\'m a business leader with an MBA and 25+ years in the film industry. I’ve led & restructured orgs, negotiated and managed over $1bn in supplier contracts, and developed data-driven tools to improve operations.I drive cross-functional alignment to solve big, complex challenges in production and tech. I’ve built teams, steered through financial, legal and personnel challenges, and designed strategies to bring folks together.I don’t scare easily. I\'ve partnered with filmmakers, artists and engineers on hundreds of films, both at the production level and as an executive for nearly two decades. I’ve overseen significant budgets and 9-figure annual supplier contracts. I believe meaningful data is IP and I use it to support my decisions. Leveraging the latest in AI and emerging tech, I seek to work smarter - not harder - to make cool stuff.But underneath it all, I\'m really just a nerd who loves movies, cooking, paddle boarding, and pretty much any book with swords and dragons in it.
