   Over the last 7 years, we kick-started the Leadership and Agile transformation of the Data & Analytics program at PG & E. We instilled a value-focused and collaborative mindset needed to deliver innovative products; built self-organizing teams; trained leaders in servant-leadership; and guided the adoption of a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework). We have on-boarded ~40 teams and as the organization grew x10 over the last 7 years. Making sense out of chaos is my superpower with a focus on team formation, organizational self-governance and conflict resolution.I am an expert facilitator with experience coordinating several hundred people at a time. I have hosted 10 external Agile Open conferences, started an internal unconference. I have led trainings focused on leadership, trust, Agile, Lean, Kanban, team chartering and facilitation. I aslo led company-wide culture change effort. I have implemented a psychological safety initiative and a series focused on company purpose.As an ex-engineer, I also bring a software craftsmanship focus. We focus on CI/CD, TDD, Design Thinking and simple-evolutionary design. Along with sustainable dev practices like code review, refactoring, collective code ownership, pairing, mobbing and communities of practice.
