In my 20+ year journey across AI, Machine Learning and digital transformation, I’ve learned that the real magic happens where human insight meets technology. I’ve led and scaled AI/ML delivery across organisations such as DesiCrew, NextWealth, iMerit, Wipro, Aon, Alight, Capgemini, and IBM, turning complex data problems into repeatable, high-quality operational outcomes.Currently, I work with DesiCrew, a Chennai-headquartered AI services organization with a distributed rural delivery model, where I focus on delivery leadership and transition of AI/ML and Computer Vision programs—strengthening governance, quality frameworks, and execution stability as programs scale.Previously at NextWealth I head the AI/ML Practice, focusing on Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) approaches to deliver reliable, explainable Computer Vision and GenAI programs. By embedding automation and data-readiness frameworks, we improved delivery efficiency & strengthened QA processes, and elevated client confidence for enterprise AI initiatives.At iMerit, I led AI/ML delivery operations for global clients, implementing automation frameworks that shortened project turnaround by ~25% while preserving annotation quality and consistency.My earlier roles at Wipro, Aon, Alight, Capgemini and IBM grounded me in transition management, service governance, and operational excellence—skills I now apply to make AI production-ready and scalable.
