   At Techavo Systems, I lead the hardware R&D division where I focus on building customized embedded solutions based on real-world industrial needs. Over the years, I’ve worked on a variety of projects — from basic controller boards to highly integrated IoT-based systems.Designing and developing PCBs for various use cases involving 4G Modbus, Wi-Fi, LoRa, LoRaWAN, Bluetooth, and AI-based applications.Creating sensor-based systems such as flow meters, pH sensors, ultrasonic level detectors, coin-operated machines, valve control systems, and more.Writing firmware for microcontrollers like ESP32, STM32, AVR, and Arduino platforms.Designing HMI interfaces (using Nextion and other multiple displays) for user-friendly interaction, menu-based controls, data viewing, and system settings.Implementing communication protocols such as Modbus RTU/TCP, UART, I2C, SPI, and other industry-standard interfaces.Secure IoT communication using MQTTS, TCP/IP, HTTPS, and FTP.Custom protocol design for device-to-server communication, including OTA updates and encrypted data transfer.Integration with cloud platforms (like Firebase, AWS IoT, or custom MQTT brokers) for real-time data sync, monitoring, and control.Testing and optimizing both hardware and software to ensure reliable field performance.Collaborating with other teams to improve usability, reduce production costs, and bring faster deployment cycles.I’ve been closely involved in taking multiple products from idea to final deployment — including circuit design, enclosure planning, prototyping, field testing, and scaling for production units and more).Many of our products are now used in industries like agriculture, water supply management, and utility automation.
