I’m a Senior Program Manager in Microsoft Engineering, working within the Copilot Agents and Platform Ecosystem (CAPE) to help shape how AI agents are built, scaled, and adopted for strategic customers.With a strong background in customer‑facing architecture roles, I bring deep, real‑world customer insight into the engineering lifecycle, bridging the gap between field learnings and product execution. My focus is on AI & agent strategy, particularly Copilot Agent Development, ensuring solutions are not only technically sound, but practical, scalable, and valuable in real enterprise environments.I’m passionate about turning complex business challenges into clear, actionable outcomes through collaboration, structured thinking, and a relentless focus on impact. I work closely with cross‑functional teams to influence strategy, remove blockers, and drive meaningful progress across the AI product journey.Beyond my day role, I’m an active community contributor, regularly speaking at industry events, sharing insights, and mentoring others.
