I am an MBA candidate at the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow, specializing in Marketing, Operations, and IT Systems, with prior professional experience spanning banking, public policy, and corporate internships.Before joining IIM Lucknow, I worked as a Deputy Branch Manager (Scale I Officer) at Jharkhand Rajya Gramin Bank, where I managed end-to-end branch operations, loan recovery, credit appraisal, and microfinance initiatives, contributing to business growth and customer satisfaction.Most recently, as a Summer Intern at Samsung Electronics, I worked with the Visual Display division in Marketing & Supply Chain, where I developed an automated stock replenishment model for channel partners. This project improved inventory efficiency, reduced stockout, sellout losses and demand forecasting accuracy, strengthening the partner ecosystem.I was also part of the prestigious Mahatma Gandhi National Fellowship (MGNF) – Cohort 2021–23, a Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE) initiative hosted by IIM Bangalore. During this fellowship, I worked closely with district administrations to design and implement skill development programs, enhance livelihood opportunities, and address barriers to economic growth at the grassroots level.
