Digital Strategy & Transformation Leader The \'future of work\' has triggered organisations to re-think their people strategy. Through Global Mobility Workforce Consulting, I lead and develop the Digital Transformation capability to create, scale and deliver products to enable compliance services and create best-in-class customer experiences taking a design-led approach. I lead global teams, delving into the business strategy to design digital roadmaps and execute them with teams of UX Creative Directors, Product Owners, Engineers and QA leads. The products launched range from native mobile apps to compliance and regulatory applications arming the business with differentiated go-to-market solutions (product, people and process) and break into new markets Outside of this, I lead Deloitte Community Partnerships responsible for identifying charity partners, driving Deloitte investments within those partnerships and owning relationships with Stonewall and INvolve.
