   Blue Team’s business consists of about 70% commercial restoration and reconstruction, both domestic and international. As a member of capital expenditure team, I gained much exposure in senior living centers, hotel and office jobs. Approximately half of my time I work remote in my Texas home, other half for traveling. I traveled to jobsites in California, Colorado, Oregon, New Mexico, etc. • Stay connected by company IT infrastructure eg Zoom/MS Teams conference/file sharing • Cost estimate. High level of estimate eg ROM (rough order of magnitude) preparation • Build up price model and application with labor, material and equipment cost • Site walk with clients/subcontractors, attend in person / video calls pre-bid meetings • Use of Matterport software enable powerful features eg dollhouse views and measurements • Use of Sigma estimate system for organizing take off and generate proposals • Prepare cost / revenue budget and upload to company Acumatica accounting system • Prepare change orders (owner / subcontractor) with back charge file to cloud-based cabinet
