   Worked as a Senior Processing Executive in DTU Direct to Underwriting Mortgage process.\\\\nIn DTU process, a loan officer or mortgage broker collects the many documents necessary\\\\nfor your application.\\\\nTo verify all identification, checking credit history and assessing the financial situation —\\\\nincluding your income, cash reserves, equity investment, financial assets and other risk\\\\nfactors.\\\\nTo closely follow underwriting guidelines from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac prepare the\\\\nentire file with all the documents then send it to Underwriting for further approvals.\\\\nIn case any documents or signatures are missing the file gets rejected and it is sent back to\\\\nthe bank for completion.\\\\nThe process was rammed down. Then I was moved to Transactional Quality team.\\\\nCurrently working as SPE (Quality Analyst) in VENERABLE TQ team (process change)\\\\nInsurance Process.\\\\nSince Jan 2022 currently working\\\\nThe task consists of quality checking the policies of processors. Handling 10 different sub\\\\nprocesses\\\\nTo remain focused, catch any errors that go against standard operating procedures and\\\\nlead to doubts of product authenticity in the future.\\\\nPreparing monthly tests for the processors, preparing RCA reports in case of errors.\\\\nGiving feedbacks on weekly basis to processors regarding the errors and process\\\\nimprovements.\\\\nAs Quality analysts I have my own goals regarding deadlines. I was responsible for working\\\\nclosely with other teams that have deadlines as well.\\\\nIn short, the better hold a QA has over their time management etiquettes, the better\\\\nperformance we showcase.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
