I am a strategic legal professional with 9 + years of global experience in negotiating complex transactions across a variety of industries from information technology, intellectual property, EPC, digital transformation, and collaborating with diverse global teams on U.S. public sector engagements and advising C-level (and sea-level) leaders. During my recent tenure at The Coca-Cola Company, I led various strategic projects resulting in risk mitigation, negotiating mutually beneficial contracting terms by deploying sound business acumen, avoidance of fines/sanctions, streamlining of processes and updating the database of terms & conditions for the enterprise. On top of that, I possess strong capabilities in intellectual property strategies, contract management, governance, EPC, technology, licensing, franchising, currency swap agreements, resulting in constant engagements with entities in North America & EMEA. My mission is to leverage my legal expertise and business acumen to protect and advance the interests of organizations and its stakeholders as well as enjoy working in teams to achieve objectives. Outside of work, I volunteer for the Canadian Cancer Society, and tutor at the Covenant Capital Business School, where I facilitate sessions on Corporate Governance and Business Ethics.
