Assign the respective service field technician in accordance to the natureof customer complaint and provide customer service within specified Turnaround Time (TAT) as per SOP. Organize campaigning at replacement & OEM dealers for brandpromotion and customer awareness. Motivate dealers to promote claim via digital platforms for on spotreplacement as per SOP. Regular visit at dealership & OEM for batter understanding regardingwarranty policies. Proper implementation of projects & initiatives in the market. Tarring of service technician & filed technician.
