I am a dedicated Civil Contract Engineer with a unique blend of hands-on experience and technical expertise. With a strong educational foundation in Mechanical Engineering from Singapore and a Bachelor\'s in Civil Engineering from New Zealand, I have cultivated a comprehensive understanding of both the technical and practical aspects of the construction and engineering industries.My journey began at the grassroots level, working as a laborer on-site, where I developed a deep appreciation for the intricacies of construction work. Over the years, I progressed through various roles—from labour to leading head to Foreman to Supervisor, and later Project Engineer—gaining valuable insights into the operations and challenges of large-scale projects. Today, as a Civil Contract Engineer, I manage road projects and maintenance works, overseeing critical aspects such as project finances, subcontractor coordination, and client relations.My role involves not only ensuring the successful execution of projects but also driving efficiency and quality in all stages of construction. I take pride in my ability to navigate complex project requirements, mitigate risks, and deliver results that meet both client expectations and industry standards.Throughout my career, I have developed a keen focus on effective communication and collaboration, which I believe are essential for ensuring that projects run smoothly from start to finish. Whether working with clients, subcontractors, or internal teams, I strive to foster strong, professional relationships built on trust and mutual respect.I’m always open to connecting with like-minded professionals and exploring new opportunities for growth and collaboration in the civil engineering field.
