These processes, as outlined in the Authority Limitation Manual and Authorization Guidelines, ensure ConocoPhillips (COP) is making smart investments, managing enterprise risk, and applying consistent criteria across all Business Units (BUs) and investment decisions. The position supports all COP BUs and ensures that large financial commitments triggering Executive Leadership Team (ELT) or Board of Directors (BoD) approval are seamlessly reviewed by the corporate subject matter experts and receive critical cross-functional feedback.• Reviewing approval documents for quality, accuracy and consistency• Coordination with BUs on upcoming approvals and approval tracking• Coordination of chief and functional reviewer reviews and feedback on approvals• Corporate Authorizations SharePoint tracking, this site is the record copy for all corporate approvals• Authorization Tracking Tool voting system used for tracking of functional assurance and commentary• Corporate Authorization intranet site, maintaining key messaging and updates• Providing expertise and training to the BUs on issues related to the AG and ALM
