As part of the Technology Senior Leadership Team, responsible for managing the strategic and day-to-day tactical data and operations and associated teams (multi-disciplined/ multi-jurisdictions) for the business globally. Leveraging value and delivering return for the business from all the data assets as part of the Data Strategy. This includes-Creating, Owning and Delivering the Global Data StrategyImplementation and Business Owner of Central Data Platform (AWS)Data Governance & ComplianceData Acquisition & RetentionBusiness Reporting Integration with other internal systems and applications, including - Salesforce, Power BI, Eloqua, Finance ERP\'s, Registration and Reporting applications.Data Governance/Stewardship1. Creation and ongoing curation of governance policies, reviewed annually. Examples include-Privacy Policies, Data and Email Retention Policies, Data Export Policies, Removeable Media Policies, Cookie Compliance Policies, Subject Access Request Policies2. Running annual data audits across the organization in multiple jurisdictions and applications, legacy and new, across functions an departments.3. Creating Data Catalogues to produce asset inventories to support better management of data across the business. Creating data inventories to support the creation of Data Dictionaries/Glossaries, business classifications, Taxonomies and Information Asset Registers4. Delivering consistently high levels of measurable data quality and genuine Master Data Management5. Supporting and providing thought leadership in and around Data Security alongside the IT Function
