I lead the Talent Acquisition function at a senior level, partnering closely with HR and business leaders to shape hiring strategy, improve delivery, and support long-term workforce goals. I also designed and implemented a redeployment and internal mobility framework, supporting talent retention during organisational change.Alongside core hiring, I lead hard-to-fill and business-critical roles, deliver hands-on hiring manager training, and support employer brand and Early Careers, including work on a new careers site with improved insight and reporting.I’ve driven TA systems and process improvements, including ATS optimisation, introduction of AI solutions, streamlined agency usage, and a redesigned tiered PSL. I also lead recruitment in compliance-heavy environments, with full ownership of IR35, including implementing a new solution and guiding managers through requirements.Earlier in my role, I supported growth across multiple international markets, leading end-to-end recruitment across the UK, US, Japan, China, and Germany, and managing a team of RPO TA Partners while helping implement a new TA operating model.
