I’m a facilitator, strategist, and leadership development consultant who helps individuals and organizations bring vision to life through clarity, connection, and purposeful action. My career has spanned nearly every corner of the education ecosystem—from direct student support to executive leadership—giving me a deep understanding of how systems, teams, and people grow.Over the years, I’ve coached leaders and visionaries committed to driving meaningful change. I draw on my background as a school psychologist and my strength as a communicator to design spaces that are both transformative and practical.
