Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the\\\\nHRIS, payroll, surveys, employment records and other sources\\\\n• Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns within our recruitment, hiring\\\\npractices, motivation engagement, turnover, and compliance with employment laws\\\\nand regulations\\\\n• Implementing relevant HR metrics to determine the efficiency and impact of the\\\\nworkforce\\\\n• Prepares reports of data results, telling stories of the findings to senior leadership\\\\nthrough dashboards and presentations.Generates reports/queries, including writing,\\\\nmaintaining and supporting a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting\\\\ntools. Assists in development of standard reports for ongoing business needs. Helps\\\\nmaintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data\\\\n• Share insights & potential risks/findings to senior leadership through dashboards and\\\\npresentations\\\\n• Identifies, recommends and designs reporting for short- and long-term goals,\\\\nmilestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics\\\\n• Based on metrics and analysis, makes recommendations for policies and activities to\\\\nimprove Hogarth California’s culture, including suggestions to attract and hire qualified\\\\ncandidates, motivate, and retain employees, address staffing issues, and to maintain\\\\nlegal compliance\\\\n• Assist with new HRIS implementation, ongoing maintenance, and recommendations for\\\\nfuture improvements\\\\n• Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices\\\\n• Adheres to data privacy regulations and best practices\\\\n• Manages & resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough & \\\\nobjective investigations\\\\n• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management,\\\\ncoaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions\\\\n• Maintain business partnerships with the respective business units, provide HR guidance\\\\nwhen appropriate and solve creatively for the business\\\\n* Other HR tasks assigned\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
