With the training and testing coordinator position with FAST, I have gotten an opportunity to work with the company\'s multiple clients in the Driver Services and Motor Vehicle areas. Tennessee Department of Safety and Homeland Security (September 2014 - March 2015)- Managed a team of 12 testers to coordinate end-to-end and conversion testing of the agency\'s new Driver license system called A-LIST. North Dakota Department of Transportation Motor Vehicle Services Division (March 2015 – May 2017) –Planned, managed and coordinated testing from start to finish of the project. Facilitated a scenario writing workshop with continuous feedback to help develop a repository of 8500 scenarios, which were used to test the configured business processes in the agency\'s new titling and registration system, STARS. Managed a room of 14 testers for the different phases of testing to ensure thorough testing of the system. Facilitated parking lot meetings to convey business decisions and get feedback from project staff. Participated in providing desk side support to a team of 45 users for three weeks after rollout to answer any questions business users had while navigating the new system. North Dakota Department of Transportation Motor Vehicle Services Division Service Pack (August – October 2016) – Planned, managed and coordinated regression testing for the STARS Service Pack. Also coordinated the preparation of training material so that all users could be informed of the changes.
