   As a member of the Deutsche Bank Client Data Change team, I function as both a PMO and Project Lead. This involves spearheading a transformative and strategic project to resolve challenges within the Corporate & Investment Bank, focusing on an end-to-end solution implementation. This initiative requires enhanced due diligence across Know Your Customer (KYC) processes for onboarding new clients and underlying principals. By improving client data readiness, we enabled Deutsche Bank to reduce KYC processing times by up to 50%, supporting key management objectives. Additionally, I significantly streamlined the KYC process by simplifying Due Diligence, Regulatory, Tax, Credit, and Legal tasks through the elimination of redundant processes, resulting in headcount optimization.
