   Job Profile- SME and Lead for Maintenance and Update Project:Working for AT & T US Big Telecom Giant as a SME and Lead for the team and perform following tasks on day-day basis:• Work on end-to-end complex maintenance requests like update comprising of 161 courses by analyzing the request to implementation after getting client sign off on various learning tools like Lighthouse, Axonify, Articulate SL, Articulate RISE for the client.• Coordinating with the client and understanding the requirement in depth for complex updates and providing solutions and implementing solutions for best learning experience.• Train and Mentor team members of about two hundred members for Design Best Practices as per the projects.• Analyzing the source content to develop instructional material for various delivery methods such as ILT/vILT, WBT, video.• Creating storyboards and other instructional material as per the design, document/learning goals identified for the learners. • Developing modules using rapid authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Light house (there in build LXP tool), Axonify.• Creating All the Curriculum and Course Maps for major LOBs for the customer as a Learning Partner with the AT & T strategists.• Part of a Scalability Project in the backend.• Visualizing instructional graphics as per nature, complexity of content anddelivery method.• Applying instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and bestpractices to create engaging learning experiences.• Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), internal teams, vendors, andother functional teams (PM/Graphic/Programming) during the developmentprocess.Project AchievementGot excellent written client feedback from all the strategists for my deliverables.Tools: Articulate Storyline 360, RISE 360.
